3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. grated Locatelli cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Grease 13 x 9 inch baking dish with butter. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
