1 bag lentils
2 qt. cold water
1 big onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. dry parsley
Salt & season to taste

Add lentils to water. Add remaining ingredients, cook until lentils are tender.
