WHOLE GRAIN MUFFINS | |
3/4 c. skim milk 3 tbsp. oil 1 egg 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour 1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. rolled oats 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. cinnamon Spray muffin tins with a cooking spray. In a large bowl, beat milk, oil, and egg. In separate bowl combine flours, oats, sugars, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend dry into wet ingredients. Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 to 18 minutes or until tops are golden. |
