MOM'S SPECIAL B-B-Q RIBS 
3 to 4 lbs. ribs, cut in pieces
1 lemon
1 lg. onion
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Place ribs in roaster with onions and lemon and pre-roast or cook for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Continue to cook slowly for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Baste ribs every 15 minutes. If sauce gets too thick, add water. (Can be made on stove or in oven at 350 degrees.)
