2 lbs. spareribs
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. onions, chopped
Juice of 1/2 orange
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ribs in shallow pan. Cover and roast 1/2 hour. Pour off fat and roast 1/2 hour longer.

While ribs are cooking, combine rest of ingredients and boil 5 minutes. Again, pour off excess fat from ribs. Cover with the sauce. Increase oven heat to 400 degrees. Roast ribs, uncovered, basting often for 45 minutes or until fork tender, very brown and glazed.
