LAYERED COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk, room temperature
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg, room temperature

Mix the above well. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Set aside.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth and blended. Spread evenly over batter in pan. 2 c. apples, sliced and peeled 3 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle raisins over cheese mixture. Set apples into cheese mixture. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
