CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. uncooked macaroni shells
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed chicken
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salted cashews

Cook shells and chill. While chilling, mix brown sugar and vinegar to smooth consistency and combine with salad dressing. Combine chilled macaroni, celery, onion, and green pepper, salt and chicken. Let chill at least 1 hour before serving. Do not add cashews more than 30 minutes before serving. Can also add pineapple or shoestring potatoes to this. Serves 12.
