ENGLISH SPAGHETTI 
1 small package spaghetti
1 cup chopped onion
Fat/oil in small amount
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 cups water
2 Tbsps. tomato ketchup
3 eggs, beaten
10 ozs. grated cheese (I use Kraft Cracker Barrel Vermont sharp white)

Cook spaghetti in a large pan, do not over cook and drain well. Saute chopped onion in fat/oil until transparent. Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, water, ketchup, mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place a lid on the pan. Place spaghetti back in pan and add the sauce, grated cheese and eggs. Mix well over a low heat until cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. Serve immediately with hot garlic bread and a crisp salad. Enjoy.
