GINGER BREAD CAKE 
5 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/3 bottle molasses
1 1/2 c. hot water

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Makes 30 muffins or 2 (9 x 9) inch pans.
