SWEDISH MACAROONS 
3 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Add oil and beat very well. Add flour and mix well.

Pour mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 cup coconut and 2 tablespoons sugar mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees until light golden brown for 20 minutes (watch - burns easily). Cut into small squares when cool.
