1 (16 oz.) can peach slices 1 (16 oz.) can pear slices 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can apricot halves 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/3 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/4 c. walnut pieces Drain well all canned fruits. Mix fruit in casserole. Combine butter, sugar, and curry powder. Spoon over fruit. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Very good with pork or ham or poultry. |
