4 lb. chuck, sirloin, or round roast
salt, pepper, garlic salt
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
12 oz. Coke
14 oz. bottle chili sauce
3 tbsp. olive oil

Remove excess fat from roast, score roast all over with 3/4 inch squares, 1/2 inch deep. Rub in seasonings. Sear roast on all sides in oil. Place in crock pot, cover with chili sauce and Coke. Cook 6 hours on high or 9 hours on low setting. If you prefer, roast can be cooked in 350°F oven, covered, for 3-1/2 hours.
