2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Put 2 cups sugar, butter, evaporated milk in saucepan on low heat. Add 3/4 bag to full bag of mini marshmallows to sugar mixture. On low heat boil 4 minutes. Keep stirring.

Now add chocolate pieces - stir to melt. Remove from heat, stir until all is melted. Pour into greased (buttered) pan and let cool. Cut into squares.
