PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. white Sugar Twin
1 can skimmed evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. brown Sugar Twin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 oz. rolled oats (1/2 c.)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin

Combine flour, oats, brown Sugar Twin and butter. Mix until crumbly. Press into 7"x10" pan. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs, white Sugar Twin, salt and spices together. Pour over crust, sprinkle reserved crumbs on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4.
