1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
18 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 to 12 oz. chocolate chips

Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Make a crust of cake mix, butter and egg; press into pan. Combine cream cheese, eggs and sugar with mixer, mix until smooth, pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. (Optional) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top before baking. Cut into squares.
