1 c. mayonnaise
2 limes
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Black pepper to taste

Squeeze the juice from limes and grate 2 teaspoons lime peel. Mix with other ingredients using wire whisk or blender. Store chilled and shake before using.
