FUDGE FILLED ROLLOVERS 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

Start 2 hours before serving.

In medium bowl mix flour, cream cheese and 1 stick of butter. With hand, knead until blended. Shape into balls wrap in plastic and place in refrigerator.

In small bowl beat sugar, cocoa, vanilla, salt, egg yolk, 1/2 stick butter. Beat on high with spoon stir in nuts and set aside.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On lightly floured surface roll dough with floured rolling pin into 12 1/2 inch square. Cut into twenty-five 2 1/2 inch squares. Place rounded teaspoon of filling into corners to center, twist to seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart.

Bake 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
