QUICHE BRETAGNE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. crabmeat or 4 1/2 oz. shrimp
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced onion
Frozen 9 inch pastry shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well. Toss cheese with flour and add shrimp, celery and onion. Next add cheese mixture to mayonnaise mixture. Pour into thawed pastry shell and bake for 45 minutes.
