LOW CAL CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cooked tender
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
8 tbsp. pickle relish
Salt and pepper to taste
6 hard boiled eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery seed

In jar, mix 3/4 cup low cal salad dressing: 2 pkgs. Sweet & Low 1/4 c. skim milk

Mix all the above together and refrigerate. Each serving: 1/2 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fat, 22 calories. If dill pickles are used, cut calories to 2 per serving.
