QUICK TOMATO SOUP 
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can beef broth
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. basil
1/4 c. sliced onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 can water
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated cheese

Simmer tomatoes, onion, celery, and green peppers for 15 minutes. Add beef broth and water. Melt butter. Stir in flour. Add to tomato mixture. Stir in sugar and paprika. Simmer. Run through blender. Add basil. Add cheese just before serving.
