OATMEAL SCOTCHIES 
1 c Crisco
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. uncooked Quaker Oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Beat Crisco, eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add combined flour and baking soda. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
