JELLO CHEESECAKE 
1 lg. pkg. Jello
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Carnation milk, chilled
1 inner pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and chill slightly. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Combine this with Jello. Stiffly whip Carnation milk and fold into mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust.

Graham Cracker Crust: Crush crackers into crumbs. Add melted butter. Press onto sides and bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan.

Chill several hours. Cut into squares. Serve plain or garnish with fruit. Serves 12-16.
