CRANBERRY NUT PUDDING PIE 
1 1/4 C fresh cranberries
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C chopped walnuts
1 egg
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 C butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream

Spread cranberries on bottom of buttered 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Beat eggs until thick; gradually add granulated sugar, beating until thoroughly blended.

Add flour and melted butter; beat well. Pour batter over cranberries.

Bake in 325°FF oven for 45 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve warm with ice cream.

Makes 6 servings.
