3 cucumbers
2 tsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Peel and slice cucumbers very thin. Mix lemon juice, sour cream, dill and parsley. Salt and pepper. Pour sour cream dressing over cucumbers and mix thoroughly.
