MOCHA ANGEL CAKE 
1 pkg. of Betty Crocker white angel food cake mix
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/3 c. of cold coffee

Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except add 1 tablespoon cocoa into dry cake mix and substitute cold coffee for water. (The frosting I use is "Lite" Cool Whip plus 2 teaspoons cocoa and 2 tablespoon powdered sugar.
