MARY'S POT ROAST 
3 lb. pot roast
1 med. can whole mushrooms
1 env. onion soup
2 c. water
1 tbsp. flour
1 roast - in - bag

Put flour in bag and shake. Place pot roast in bag. Mix remaining ingredients and pour in bag. Put bag in a roasting pan large enough that there is no overlap. Poke 6 holes in top of bag. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Can also include carrots and potatoes if desired.
