HALIBUT OLYMPIA 
2 halibut steaks, 1" - 1 1/2"
3 shredded carrots
1 thinly sliced onion
1 c. dry white wine
Lemon juice
Mayonnaise
Bread crumbs

Marinate fish in 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1/4 cup wine for 15 minutes.

Put carrots and onions in bottom of baking dish seasoning to taste. Lay fish on top; drizzle with lemon juice. Spread mayonnaise over top of fish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees until bread crumbs are brown and fish flakes, about 20 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce.
