GREEN TOMATO PIE 
2 pie crusts (1 for top)
2 c. thinly sliced green tomatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. vinegar

Line pie pan with one crust. Arrange tomato slices on crust. Sprinkle with sugar and spices. Dot with butter. Pour vinegar over tomato slices. Place top crust over pit. Flute edges and prick top with fork. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
