CRESCENT MEXICAN COOKIES 
1 3/4 - 2 c. flour
Pinch salt
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. softened butter
1 c. crushed pecan meats
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and shape into balls or crescents or rings. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes about 3 dozen.
