TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. Norbest Ground Turkey
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
3 tbsp. water
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish (optional)
Pinch black pepper
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. cream sauce mix (optional)
Paprika (optional)

Turkey mixture may be used to prepare meatballs, meatloaf or hamburgers.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Shape turkey mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 170-175 degrees on a meat thermometer. To serve, prepare cream sauce mix according to package directions. Arrange meatballs on egg noodles. Drizzle with cream sauce. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.

To reduce fat in recipe, 2 egg whites may be substituted for each egg.
