MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 c. uncooked rice
4 oz. can tomato sauce
1 med. chopped onion
2 tsp. garlic powder
Oregano, all spice, salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients adding seasoning to taste. Shape into balls and place in a covered skillet.

SAUCE:

4 oz. tomato sauce
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine and pour sauce over meatballs. Simmer and cook approximately 20 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or over basil pasta.
