SHRIMP JAMBALAYA 
3 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can slivered mushrooms
1 c. chopped cooked ham
1 lb. cooked shrimp (small)

Heat pressure cooker; add fat. Cook onion, green pepper and rice in fat until rice is golden. Add remaining ingredients (except for shrimp). Close cover securely and cook 3 minutes after it has reached full pressure. Cool cooker at once. Remove cover; add shrimp and stir. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
