COOKIE SALAD | |
1 c. buttermilk 1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1 sm. bunch green grapes 1 or 2 sm. bananas 15 crumbled pecan sandies 1 lg. can mixed fruit, drained Combine buttermilk, pudding mix and whipped topping. Stir well. Mix in drained pineapple, oranges and other fruit. Refrigerate. Just before serving fold in the cookies. About 8 servings. (Can use butter pecan pudding mix.) |
