CHOCOLATE ECLAIR SQUARES 
1 (14 oz.) box graham crackers
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
12 oz. non-dairy whipped toppings
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. light corn syrup
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. soften powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Line a 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass dish with whole graham crackers. using milk prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold non-dairy topping into pudding. Spread half of pudding mixture over graham crackers. Repeat cracker and pudding mixture layers. Then top with layer of crackers.

To prepare icing, melt chocolate chips, syrup and butter. Stir in vanilla, sugar and milk. Frost pie with chocolate and refrigerate overnight. Serves 12-16.
