QUICK CHINESE SUPPER 
Brown 1 pound ground beef; drain fat. Add 3-4 stalks celery, chopped, and 1 large onion, chopped. Add 1 cup hot water, 1 beef bouillon cube, and 1/4 cup soy sauce; cook on medium heat covered 15 minutes. Drain 1 can bean sprouts and 1 can water chestnuts; add to meat and simmer covered 15 minutes. Serve with rice and chow mein noodles.
