CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well, pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Pie will puff up but fall after taking from oven. Serves 6 to 8. Refrigerate.
