CHICKEN JAMAICA 
1 ring pineapple for each boned breast of chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
Instant coffee
Grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Place pineapple rings in bottom of pan. Lay chicken breasts on the pineapple. Cover chicken with soup. Place 1 teaspoon of instant coffee on each chicken breast.

Bake 1 hour in a 350°F oven. Sprinkle cheddar cheese (optional) over chicken and melt before removing from oven.
