1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
Chopped onion
2 tbsp. water

Mix like meat loaf. Form in balls. Brown and drain. Pour sweet and sour sauce over meatballs. Serve with rice.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

1 tbsp. butter
1 chopped onion, sauteed
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
