BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 (5 lb.) hen (fat)
1 lb. pork
1 qt. white potatoes, cubed
1 qt. canned tomatoes
1 pt. sm. Lima beans
1 pt. chopped onions
1 pt. corn
1 hot pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook chicken and pork until it falls from bones. Remove meat and cube; set aside. Add onions, beans and tomatoes to broth. Cook for 1 hour. Add corn, chicken and pork and cook until thick, stirring frequently. Makes about 6 to 7 quarts.
