ZESTY TOMATO - CABBAGE SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 beef-flavor bouillon cubes
1 med. head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 c. water
1 to 2 med. container Spicy Hot V-8 juice
1 med. onion, sliced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

In 4 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes about 10 cups.
