SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 pkg. spinach, deveined, discard stems
2 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. Pepperidge Farm Croutons
4 hard boiled eggs
Baco's to taste

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar

Heat until sugar dissolves. 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. corn oil 2 tbsp. prepared sandwich mustard 1 tsp. celery seed

Mix and pour over greens just before serving.
