CHILI QUICHE 
10 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
1 lg. Jack cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan (in microwave or on burners). Beat eggs. Add butter, flour, baking powder and salt. Blend. Add chiles and cheeses. Pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.

Reduce to 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Can be frozen. Can stay wrapped in refrigerator for 1 week.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
