1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. instant oatmeal
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. coconut
1/4 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg, cream, butter, sugar and vanilla with egg. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Mix into sugar mixture. Stir in all other ingredients. Drop by rounded tablespoons and bake for 10-15 minutes.
