SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground round steak
1 c. suet
1 med. onion, puree in blender
1 c. cream (half and half) or canned evaporated milk
1/2 c. cornstarch
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can milk

Mix meat, suet, cornstarch, cream, salt and pepper, allspice, onion in mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Form small meatballs using ice cream scoop or by hand. Place on cookie sheet and put under broiler to brown, turn and brown the other side. Place meatballs in oven proof dish and pour the soup, milk mixture over them. Heat in oven at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
