COMPANY CHEESE STRATA 
12 slices white bread
12 oz. sharp cheese, sliced
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. diced fully cooked ham
6 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut doughnut and holes from bread. Fit the scraps of bread (crusts removed) in bottom of 9x13 inch dish. Layer cheese, broccoli and ham over bread. Arrange doughnuts in two rows on top of ham mixture. Make row of holes in center.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 12.
