PRALINE CHEESE CAKE 
Graham cracker crumb crust (recipe below)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt, optional
2 extra lg. eggs
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Pecan halves for garnish

Grease well 8 or 9 inch round pan. Prepare crumb crust and line sides and bottom of pan to about 1/4 inch thickness. Set aside.

Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chopped pecans.

Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until mixture is set. Garnish with pecan halves.
