COUCH POTATOES 
3/4 lb. skinless chicken breast, diced
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Hunts Manwich Sauce
Dash of salt and pepper
8 tsp. butter
8 med. baked potatoes

In large skillet saute diced chicken and onions in oil until onions are tender. Add mushrooms until softened. Stir in Manwich Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Cut each baked potato lengthwise halfway through and fluff with fork. Top off with pat of soft butter.
