4 stalks crisp celery
4 cooking apples
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Whipped cream
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. seedless grapes

Dice celery, pare and core and dice apples, add salt and dressing; toss. Add nuts, marshmallows and grapes; stir just enough whipped cream to moisten. Serve on leaf lettuce. Garnish with dab of whipped cream and cherry.
