SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes (mashed)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix above and pour into buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. butter

Mix with a fork and sprinkle on top of casserole mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
