MEG'S DINNER 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 lb. hot sausage
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 chopped onions
2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. pitted olives, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 (10 3/4oz.) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 c. water
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. wide noodles
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, pepper, onions and celery in hot oil. Add salt and saute until brown. Stir in olives, mushrooms, soup, water and spaghetti sauce. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Turn into large roaster pan. Add meat mixture and mix well. Bake covered 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes more.
